About Paul Stelges

Paul Stelges is a tri-qualified lawyer in Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and England and Wales, and is a member of their respective Law Societies. He is experienced in cross-border M&A transactions, and worked at a large international city firm before joining Preiskel & Co. Paul holds an undergraduate LLB (Hons) degree from Liverpool John Moore’s University and has completed a postgraduate diploma at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies, Queens University, Belfast. Paul focuses on a range of tech sector corporate transactions in relation to venture capital funding rounds, seed fundraising, joint venture private equity, private M&A and cross-border M&A transactions. Paul is also a member of the British and Irish Trading Alliance.
