Ronnie Preiskel is the co-founder of Preiskel & Co and has over 30 years’ experience in the telecoms, internet and technology sectors. His broad understanding of the TMT sectors and his insider knowledge of tech companies and start-ups enable him to provide clients with practical, results-oriented advice on corporate, regulatory and commercial matters. Having worked within the industry, including at British Telecommunications PLC, a Vodafone joint venture and a mobile services start-up, Ronnie brings valuable hands-on insight. He advises clients across fintech, biotech, climatetech, SaaS, edtech and adtech on fundraising, exits and commercial and regulatory issues.
