Ronnie Preiskel is a co-founder of Preiskel & Co and has over 25 years’ experience working in the telecommunications, internet and technology sectors. With his broad and in-depth understanding of tech companies and telco start-ups, he provides clients with practical, result-oriented advice and solutions for their corporate, regulatory and commercial issues. Ronnie has worked for many years in the industry, including for British Telecommunications PLC, a Vodafone joint venture and a mobile services start-up. Ronnie advises clients in a wide range of tech sectors, including fintech, biotech, climatetech, SAAS providers, software development, edtech and adtech on fundraisings, commercial contracts and exits.
