About Ronnie Preiskel

Ronnie Preiskel is a co-founder of Preiskel & Co and has over 25 years’ experience working in the telecommunications, internet and technology sectors in a wide variety of roles. His broad and in-depth understanding of these sectors, companies and start-ups allows him to provide clients with practical, result-oriented advice and solutions for their corporate, regulatory and commercial issues. Ronnie has worked for many years within the industry, including for British Telecommunications PLC, a Vodafone JV and a mobile services start-up. Ronnie advises clients in a wide range of tech sectors – including fintech, biotech, climatetech, SAAS providers, software development, edtech and adtech – on fundraisings, commercial contracts and exits. Ronnie also advises a number of retail and leisure businesses on fundraising, franchising and commercial matters.
