About Ened Topi

Ened Topi is a senior managing associate at Deloitte Legal and leads the Tirana office’s corporate, commercial and technology law department. Ened has more than 15 years of experience in project and corporate finance, M&A, corporate law, employment law, IP, consumer rights and data protection law. He actively advises clients on corporate matters, commercial contracts, employment and labour matters, and regulatory and compliance procedures. Ened is a member of Albanian Bar Association and an authorised trade mark and industrial design attorney. He is the author of several publications in international legal magazines.
