About Jona Rapi

Jona Rapi is a legal manager at Deloitte Legal’s Tirana office and part of the corporate, commercial and technology law department. Jona has more than seven years of experience and is a member of the Albanian Bar Association. She specialises in commercial law, corporate matters, M&A, regulatory and compliance, employment, real estate and construction, NGOs, and PPPs/concessions. Jona has recently been engaged in various innovative and pioneering projects in which she has assisted fintech companies, banks, and financial institutions with complex licensing procedures and several regulatory matters. Prior to joining Deloitte Legal in Albania, she worked for the Albanian Ministry of Justice.
