About Carlos Vilhena

Carlos Vilhena is a partner at Pinheiro Neto Advogados. He is in charge of the firm’s mining and government relations practices. Carlos has an LLB from the Law School of the University of Brasília and an LLM from the Centre for Energy, Petroleum, Mineral Law and Policy at the University of Dundee. He is the secretary-treasurer of the Section for Environment, Energy, Natural Resources and Infrastructure Law at the International Bar Association. In his mining practice, he has advised exploration and mining companies and investors on a wide variety of mining-related issues.
