About Moshe Pasker

Moshe Pasker is a partner in Arnon, Tadmor-Levy’s corporate and commercial department. He specialises in advising clients on a broad spectrum of commercial transactions, including M&As, investment deals, financing and joint ventures. He also represents clients in initial public offerings (IPOs) and other equity and debt fundraisings on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE). He provides ongoing legal counsel to private and public companies, with a focus on corporate law, securities law and corporate governance. With extensive expertise in financial regulation, he also advises banks and financial institutions on banking law, licensing matters and regulatory compliance.
