About Eric Babaud

Eric Babaud is a counsel in GSK Stockmann’ tax practice in Luxembourg, specialising in international and Luxembourg taxation, corporate and transaction taxes, and wealth planning. He graduated from the University of Paris Est Créteil in Business Law and was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2000. Eric worked in France as a tax lawyer (2000–17) and, since 2017, in Luxembourg as a tax director in fiduciary companies and as an independent non-executive director in Luxembourg companies. His practice areas include advising on the tax structuring of M&A and private equity transactions in Luxembourg, as well as assisting private clients in the structuring of their private wealth from a Luxembourgish tax perspective.
