About Marie-Thérèse Wich

Marie-Thérèse Wich is a counsel at GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg. She has experience advising national and international clients on all legal and regulatory aspects of investment funds (UCITS, AIFs, and regulated and non-regulated structures with various asset classes like private equity and venture capital) and private equity transactions, as well as corporate and M&A matters. Marie-Thérèse is admitted as a lawyer both in Germany and Luxembourg. She started her legal career in Luxembourg in 2015. Prior to joining GSK Stockmann, Marie-Thérèse worked with a leading independent law firm in Luxembourg. She is an active member of the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI), Luxembourg Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (LPEA) and Fondsfrauen (Women in Finance).
