About Nekita Durmishi

Nekita Durmishi is an associate in the tax practice at GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg. She graduated from the University of Nancy with a Master’s in Business Law (DJCE) and a double Bachelor’s in Law and Economics. She has worked in Luxembourg since 2024 as a lawyer. Prior to joining GSK Stockmann, Nekita gained experience in corporate and tax law through various roles in Luxembourg. Her practice areas include advising private and institutional clients on M&A transactions, cross-border structuring and international tax matters. She speaks fluent French, English and Albanian.
