About Serena Spadavecchia

Serena Spadavecchia is a senior associate in the IP practice at GA-Alliance, Italy. She has been practising as an advocate with the Milan Bar Association since 2016. Serena has an extensive experience in advising both Italian and international clients, providing assistance on trade mark, copyright, patent, know-how and trade secrets, advertising and unfair competition issues, in contentious and non-contentious matters. She also provides legal advice and assistance in the drafting, negotiation and performance of agreements for the management, transfer and licensing of industrial and intellectual property rights, as well as conducting due diligence audits for M&A projects, with particular expertise in luxury and fashion, media, advertising and communication.
