About Juan Sonoda

Juan Sonoda is the managing partner and legal practice director of Beretta Godoy, and the partner in charge of the energy and natural resources department. He has expertise in foreign investment, international business transactions, energy and natural resources and dispute resolution. He has published several articles and has co-authored a book. Juan graduated cum laude from the University of Buenos Aires, and holds a Master in Corporate Law from the New York University School of Law. He is a professor at University of Buenos Aires and is admitted to the Buenos Aires and New York Bars. He is an active member of The Foundation for Natural Resources and Energy Law, New York State Bar Association and the International Bar Association.
