About Pablo Sbarra

Pablo Sbarra has international legal experience, having worked as a foreign associate in New York and Paris. He has represented major Argentine and international companies in business transactions including privatisations, construction agreements, local and international stock and asset acquisitions, securities offerings, mergers and spin-offs, oil and gas law, and renewables. He graduated from the School of Law of the University of Buenos Aires, and holds a Master’s degree from the George Washington University Law School and a Master’s in Management and Law from HEC School of Management in Paris. He was an assistant professor at the University of Buenos Aires and is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association. He is admitted to the Barreau of Versailles, France.
