Michael Bacina is a former software developer and has a rare combination of technical, regulatory and legal skills, which he leverages to bridge the gap between technology and the law. He is knowledgeable in digital assets, blockchain projects, and fintech and regtech projects. Michael advises on the whole software, start-up and project lifecycle, including design and analysis, commercial contracts and financial services regulation. He publishes on technology and blockchain matters, and is a sought-after speaker both nationally and globally. Michael is the Chair of Blockchain Australia and serves on the Board of the Canadian Australian Chamber of Commerce.
