About Ryosuke Sogo

Ryosuke Sogo is a partner in the finance practice group of Oh-Ebashi LPC & Partners, with broad experience in the areas of project finance and real estate finance. He has overseen the project finance of various infrastructure and renewable energy projects. He has also advised on various domestic and overseas real estate finance matters. He was admitted to the Japanese Bar in 2013, and previously worked at Nishimura & Asahi (2013–16) and DLA Piper UK LLP (2020–21). He graduated from the University of Tokyo (LLB), the University of Tokyo School of Law (JD), and the University of Texas at Austin School of Law (LLM).
