About Molly Gibbons

Molly Gibbons is a versatile litigator who focuses on employment, commercial and IP litigation matters. She represents private and public sector clients in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitrations. Prior to joining Summit Law Group, Molly served for two years as a full-time law clerk to the Honorable Judge James L Robart of the US District Court for the Western District of Washington. In the past year, she has successfully obtained defence verdicts on behalf of a Chief Financial Officer of a real estate holding company in shareholder litigation and for an employer and executive director in employment litigation.
