About Hans She

Hans She joined Fangda Partners in 2005 and subsequently became a homegrown partner. He graduated with master’s degrees from top Chinese and American law schools, is admitted to practice in the PRC, and received business management education at a prestigious European business school. He has represented dozens of foreign IP holders in various legal proceedings in China, including patent infringement lawsuits, patent invalidation proceedings, trade mark infringement lawsuits, trade mark administrative proceedings, unfair competition litigation, copyright lawsuits, domain name disputes, and trade secret protection lawsuits.
