About Nuo Ji

Nuo Ji is the leading partner in Fangda’s insolvency and restructuring practice. His other practice areas include commercial litigation and arbitration, construction and real estate, and public incidents and crisis management. At present, he serves as the president of the Shanghai Bar Association and deputy director of the Bankruptcy Law Study Commission of the Shanghai Law Society. He is also a seasoned arbitrator and is regularly appointed in arbitrations before the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, the Shanghai International Arbitration Centre, and the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration.
