About Sylvia Zhang

Sylvia Zhang is a partner at Fangda. She is an experienced lawyer in domestic and cross-border insolvencies, as well as restructuring. She has acted extensively as an administrator and as counsel to both creditors and debtors in various restructurings and liquidations. She has also acted for trustees in several bond default matters. Before joining Fangda Partners, she worked at King & Wood Mallesons for six years. Her recent publications include Refining Article 87 of the PRC Enterprise Bankruptcy Law – from the Perspective of US Law. She is admitted to practise in China.
