About Ray Cao

Ray Cao is a trainee associate of Fangda Partners. She started her internship at Fangda Partners in 2021, during her studies at Koguan Law School. Having received her master’s degree, she officially joined the team in 2022, and has since dedicated herself to intellectual property practice – in particular, regarding intellectual property dispute resolution and cross-border intellectual property cases. She is soon to be admitted to practice in the PRC. To date, she has handled cases involving patent infringement, trade mark infringement and administrative proceedings, copyright infringement and unfair competition disputes, including those in the fields of cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.
