About Ray Cao

Ray Cao is an associate of Fangda Partners. Having received her master’s degree at Koguan Law School, Shanghai Jiaotong University, she joined Fangda in 2022, and has since dedicated herself to IP practice – in particular, regarding IP dispute resolution and cross-border IP cases. She is soon to be admitted to practice in the PRC. To date, she has handled cases involving patent infringement, trade mark infringement and administrative proceedings, copyright infringement and unfair competition disputes, including those in the fields of cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.
