About Daniel Mitchell

Daniel Mitchell is a partner within Appleby’s Dispute Resolution team in the British Virgin Islands. Having practised in the jurisdiction for almost 12 years, Dan has an extremely broad range of experience with a particular focus on insolvency and cryptocurrency matters. Having recently acted for the liquidators in the early stages of Three Arrows Capital, Limited (in liquidation) has given Dan in-depth experience in cross-border cryptocurrency assets tracing. Dan regularly advises both cryptocurrency exchanges, companies and individuals, typically in the context of a suspected fraud or theft of cryptocurrency tokens.
