About Alexandra Low

Alexandra Low is a senior associate within Appleby’s Corporate department. Ali acts for financial institutions and investment managers on all aspects of the establishment and maintenance of offshore hedge funds, private equity funds, investment fund platforms and ongoing transactional and restructuring issues relating to offshore investment funds. She also advises both public and private companies, sponsors, investment funds and asset managers on a broad range of corporate, finance and commercial offshore matters. Prior to joining Appleby, Ali worked for a leading offshore firm in their corporate group, working directly with the head of investment funds.
