He advises on a wide variety of corporate and finance transactions with a particular focus on M&A (including public M&A and take privates), corporate restructurings and derivatives, structured products, and repurchase and securities lending transactions. Dean is a member of Appleby Cayman’s corporate restructuring, distressed debt and special situations team, as well as a member of Appleby’s technology and innovation group, having advised entities working on blockchain, AI, fintech and other emerging technologies.
