About Ellie Taylor

Ellie Taylor is a paralegal within Appleby’s dispute resolution practice group in the Cayman Islands. She has recently qualified as a Solicitor of England and Wales. Prior to joining Appleby, Ellie gained a wide range of civil litigation and insurance experience working at a boutique litigation firm in London. Ellie was the winner at the National Paralegal Awards (UK) of the Best Litigation Paralegal in 2022 and she is a member of National Association of Licensed Paralegals (UK). Ellie works on a broad range of commercial litigation, fund disputes, restructuring and insolvency litigation matters.
