About Ellie Taylor

Ellie Taylor is a paralegal in Appleby's dispute resolution practice group in the Cayman Islands. She supports the department by assisting on a broad range of commercial litigation, fund disputes, restructuring and insolvency litigation matters. Prior to joining Appleby, Ellie gained a wide range of civil litigation and insurance experience working at a boutique litigation firm in London and through in-house roles at two Royal London Boroughs. She qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales in December 2024, and is a member of the National Association of Licensed Paralegals (UK).
