About Harriet Ter-Berg

Harriet Ter-Berg is a partner in Appleby’s dispute resolution team. She is a specialist advocate and has appeared in the courts of both England and the Cayman Islands, and before a number of arbitral tribunals. Her extensive international commercial litigation and arbitration experience covers corporate insolvency, contractual disputes, civil fraud, asset tracing and enforcement, shareholder and partnership disputes, banking and finance litigation and fund disputes. Harriet frequently carries out specialist advisory work for some of the world’s largest corporations and investment firms. She regularly works with major insolvency practitioners in the Cayman Islands and has acted in some of the most significant litigation in the jurisdiction.
