About Harriet Ter-Berg

Harriet Ter-Berg is an English barrister and a partner in Appleby’s Cayman Islands dispute resolution team. She is a specialist advocate and has appeared frequently in the courts of both England and the Cayman Islands (including at appellate level) and before a number of arbitral tribunals. Harriet’s extensive international commercial litigation and arbitration experience includes a particular focus on corporate insolvency, contractual disputes, civil fraud, asset-tracing and enforcement, shareholder disputes, banking and finance litigation and fund disputes. Harriet has previously advised some of the world’s leading litigation funders in England and Wales, Gibraltar, Dubai and the Cayman Islands.
