About Sailaja Alla

Sailaja Alla is a partner within Appleby’s Corporate department and the Head of Investment Funds in the Cayman Islands. Sailaja has extensive experience in advising investment managers, private equity sponsors, investment banks, fund administrators and other fund service providers on all aspects of the formation, operation, governance, restructuring and termination of all types of investment funds across a broad range of asset classes. Sailaja also advises on Cayman Islands regulatory and licensing issues in relation to these funds and has experience in a wide range of general corporate matters. Sailaja is a member of the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association.
