is a Partner in the Litigation & Regulatory department and is based in the Milan office. She advises Italian and international financial institutions and investors on administrative law matters related to the electricity sector (including the generation of electricity from renewable resources, supply and distribution of electricity and gas, sanctioning proceedings, energy efficiency and User Efficiency Systems, energy-saving facilities, white certificates, public incentive from GSE and European incentives),as well as in the public procurement, environmental, town planning, expropriation and pharmaceutical areas. She has considerable experience dealing with contentious matters before the Regional Administrative Courts, Council of State, High Court of Public Waters, Supreme Court and Civil Courts. She has advised clients on a number of project financing transactions, under a limited recourse basis and supports Italian clients operating abroad as well as international clients operating in Italy in the pharmaceutical sector in relation to their participation to public tenders. Germana is the author of a number of publications related to her areas of practice and is often invited to speak at seminars and conferences.
