David M Chakoleka is a partner of MMLP, with experience in commercial litigation, local and international arbitration, mediation, industrial and labour relations disputes, tax, competition, mining and capital markets disputes, employment, pensions, and debt recovery. David is a member of the Law Association of Zambia and an advocate of the Superior Courts in Zambia, as well as a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He obtained his LLB from the University of Zambia, and has obtained several professional qualifications from Zambian and UK institutions.
