About Oscar Hasalama

Oscar Hasalama is an associate at Mulenga Mundashi Legal Practitioners with considerable experience in immigration law, employment law, corporate law and conveyancing. He has executed instructions in various areas of the law ranging from immigration-related matters, employment law matters, corporate advisory, civil and corporate litigation before the Superior Courts of Zambia, arbitral tribunals and competition matters before the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission. Oscar is a member of the Law Association of Zambia and an advocate of the High Court. He has an LLB from the University of Lusaka and obtained a post-graduate certificate from the Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education in 2022.
