About Mataa Nalishuwa

Mataa Nalishuwa is a senior associate at Mulenga Mundashi Legal Practitioners and part of the firm’s dispute resolution department. Over the years, Mataa has played a key role in assisting local and international clients on complex matters touching on numerous aspects of corporate and commercial law, including tax assessment matters before the Tax Appeals Tribunal, competition matters before the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, insolvency and business rescue proceedings before the High Court of Zambia as well as other contentious corporate law matters before arbitral tribunals. He is a member of the Law Association of Zambia.
