About Mulenga Chiteba

Mulenga Chiteba is the managing partner of Mulenga Mundashi Legal Practitioners, specialising in commercial dispute resolution, corporate advisory and tax. He heads the firm’s tax and corporate advisory practice group, which covers all areas of tax and regulatory compliance including competition law and ESG. He has significant experience in income tax, VAT and customs and excise tax, and has been at the forefront of advising clients on transfer pricing matters and successfully objecting to several assessments issued by the Zambia Revenue Authority against large corporate taxpayers. Mulenga has considerable experience before the Tax Appeals Tribunal, arbitral tribunals and the superior courts in Zambia.
