About Peter Chomba

Peter Chomba is a senior associate of MMLP and part of its dispute resolution department, with experience in commercial litigation and local and international arbitration, mediation, insolvency, competition law, employment law, corporate advisory, tax litigation, real estate, insurance law, and banking and finance. Peter is a member of the Law Association of Zambia and an advocate of the Superior Courts in Zambia, having obtained his LLB from the University of Zambia. He has been involved in various matters including tax assessment, competition, and capital markets tribunal disputes, labour matters, debt collection proceedings and other corporate disputes before Superior Courts in Zambia, arbitral tribunals and other quasi-judicial bodies.
