Magnus Brox is head of DLA Piper Norway’s corporate group and an experienced corporate lawyer, advising Norwegian and global clients on issues relating to securities law, corporate law and M&A. Magnus advises clients on the full range of transaction structuring, negotiation and due diligence mandates. He has considerable experience in leading venture deals and has also advised a number of Norwegian and global industrial and financial investors on domestic and cross-border transactions. Magnus frequently advises clients listed on the Norwegian regulated markets and the Euronext Growth on securities law issues, including matters relating to the continuing reporting and disclosure obligations of listed entities, preparation of prospectuses and more.
