About Tomas Guido

Tomas Guido is junior partner at Estudio Durrieu, and joined the firm in 2017. He is specialised in economic crimes, with a PhD in issues related to financing of terrorism and money laundering. His main areas of work are business crimes litigation and white-collar corporate investigations. He has extensive experience in representing both local and international clients in matters involving allegations of bribery, fraud, breach of fiduciary duties, and money laundering, among other financial crimes, before national and international courts. Tomas also advises clients in connection with compliance issues, internal investigations and audits, and provides legal support in collecting and preserving relevant evidence for the courts.
