is a senior associate at Chapman Tripp. He specialises in dispute resolution with a particular focus on restructuring and insolvency. Janko has ten years’ experience working in these areas, across both New Zealand and England. He has particular experience in advising insolvency practitioners on complex issues arising in the course of receivership, liquidation and administration, as well as claims against directors and third parties made by insolvency practitioners. Janko has also acted for directors of companies facing claims by insolvency practitioners and regulatory charges. He is a member of the Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association of New Zealand (RITANZ).
