About Jannis Lührs
Jannis Lührs
joined POELLATH in 2022 as an associate in the Munich office in the area of domestic and international tax law, with a focus on the tax structuring of private equity and M&A transactions. Before joining the firm, he worked for several years in the international tax department of EY and PwC. He studied business administration with a focus on tax law at Mannheim Business School and the University of Magdeburg, and was admitted as a German certified tax adviser in 2022.
