About Louise Rodebjer

Louise Rodebjer is a partner at CMS Wistrand, specialising in M&A and corporate law. She has extensive experience in advising Swedish and international companies on domestic and cross-border transactions, and regularly works with CMS colleagues on global mandates. Her clients range from large multinational corporations to entrepreneurs, and she also assists with advanced shareholder agreements, joint ventures and investment structures. Louise first joined CMS Wistrand as a summer intern in 2002 and rejoined the firm in 2016 after working in the finance and retail industries. She is a member of the Swedish Bar Association.
