About Per Dalemo

Per Dalemo is a partner at CMS Wistrand and chairman of the firm, specialising in M&A, private equity and corporate structuring. With over 20 years of experience, he advises on Nordic and cross-border transactions, including private and public M&A and corporate restructurings. He has acted for clients across various sectors, including energy, technology and professional services. Before joining CMS Wistrand in 2009, he held senior roles at other leading law firms and served as in-house counsel. Per is a member of the Swedish Bar Association and the CMS Council.
