About John Piasta

John Piasta is co-head of the capital markets practice at Bennett Jones. He focuses on public and private M&A, capital markets transactions, including cross-border financing, and corporate governance matters. In the course of his practice, John regularly acts for issuers and investment dealers in respect of private and public debt and equity offerings, financial advisory services, and regulatory compliance. He advises clients in connection with corporate and asset acquisitions or dispositions, and acts for public and private entities in relation to ongoing corporate and securities law compliance as well as governance and security-holder matters.
