About Sarah Gilbert

Sarah Gilbert is co-head of climate change at Bennett Jones, and provides advice to clients on a full range of environmental and health and safety issues, including those relating to contaminated property, responding to spills and environmental incidents, air (noise/odour) emissions, waste management, sewage and drinking water requirements, and chemical and product regulation. Sarah advises corporations with respect to the development of ESG policies and practices, including the identification and management of ESG risks and opportunities. Working closely with in-house counsel and environmental, health, and safety managers, Sarah helps clients develop regulatory compliance strategies and negotiate resolutions with regulatory agencies and other stakeholders on environmental matters.
