About Cécile Gaubert

Cécile Gaubert is a partner at De Gaulle Fleurance and a leading specialist in space law, with more than 25 years of experience advising operators, manufacturers, space agencies and NewSpace companies. She assists clients with complex contracts, regulatory compliance, export controls, risk management and strategic projects, including major European programmes such as EGNOS and Galileo. Drawing on experience gained both in private practice and in-house as general counsel of an innovative space company, Cécile delivers pragmatic, business-oriented solutions. She actively contributes to the development of space regulation, teaches space law at several French universities and is the author of numerous publications in the field.
