practises IT and IP law. He started at RP Legal & Tax as a trainee in the commercial IP department and has progressed as an IP-IT lawyer, becoming a partner in 2015 and the head of IP in 2018. He is a data protection officer, certified under UNI 11697:2017. His main focus is technology, intellectual and industrial property, and data protection. The predominant industries are software development, application management, e-commerce, web marketing, fashion and digital entertainment. He is a member of ITechLaw, INTA and Adlaw International; his publication credits include "Privacy – La Nuova Disciplina Europea" in Il Sole 24 Ore and “The AGCOM Resolution on the Proposed Online Copyright Enforcement Regulation” in Computer Law Review International, 2013 and the chapter on intellectual property in the book “Blockchain e Smart Contract – Funzionamento, profili giuridici e internazionali, applicazioni pratiche”.
