About Keith Brodie

Keith Brodie is a partner at Barnes & Thornburg, and administrator of its Michigan labor and employment law department. He handles traditional labor law matters under the NLRA, including collective negotiations, administration of existing collective bargaining agreements, arbitration proceedings, development of union-free strategies, responding to union organizing, defending against unfair labor practice charges, and developing labor law strategies for operational changes. Keith also counsels clients regarding the FMLA, the FLSA, employment discrimination claims, employee hiring, discipline and termination, and reductions in force and WARN compliance, as well as conducting training on labor and employment law topics. He is a frequent presenter and author.
