About Joshua Janks

Joshua Janks practises as a partner in the corporate department at Bowmans. He specialises in M&A, banking and finance, private equity, venture capital and general corporate and commercial law. Joshua advises on public and private mergers and acquisitions, finance transactions, fund formations, and various other corporate and commercial matters. His private equity practice covers all aspects of private equity work, including fund formations and acquisitions, and extends to the venture capital space. Joshua is a member of the Law Society of South Africa and is actively involved in the South African Venture Capital Association.
