Eliana Paredis
is a counsel in the Brussels antitrust team, with over a decade of experience in EU and Belgian merger control. She advises a wide range of clients across sectors, including energy, industrials and TMT, on regulatory approvals for M&A transactions, including merger control, foreign investment and foreign subsidies reviews, and is recognised for her work on complex cases. Eliana also represents clients in cartel investigations and broader competition law matters and regularly advises on compliance. She is a member of the Brussels Bar.
