is a partner and the head of the Amsterdam tax department. He is a member of the firm's Global Tax Board. His practice focuses on advising clients on the tax aspects of private and public M&A, real estate transaction and other major transactions. Godfried also works with clients on issues related to corporate finance, and domestic and international taxation. He is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar, and is a member of the Dutch Tax Advisers’ Association and the Dutch Tax Society. He is listed in the register of legal practice areas of the Dutch Bar Association for Belastingrecht (tax law).
