About Ana Hernández

Ana Hernández is a specialist in labour and social security employment law with more than 28 years’ experience in providing strategic advice to both national and international companies on labour law matters. She has extensive experience of business reorganisation processes and collective negotiation with unions as well as regularly advising multinational companies on complex litigation and the strategic employment aspects of large commercial transactions. She has been involved in many companies’ organisational changes, providing legal advice and support. She is an expert litigator before labour tribunals and a labour consultant on the day-to-day running of companies. She also teaches labour law at the School of Legal Practice of the Complutense University of Madrid.
