José Antonio Segovia advises on labour and social security law. With more than 12 years’ experience, José Antonio covers all issues in this space, including labour litigation before all levels of social jurisdiction in Spain, especially before the Spanish courts; collective bargaining and union rights, having participated in the negotiation of collective agreements and negotiated numerous equality plans and other collective agreements; reorganisation processes, which covers both collective lay-offs, individual lay-offs, incentivised exit plans, and other reorganisation mechanisms; and labour advice in M&A processes.
