Clarissa Giannetti Machado
is a partner at Trench Rossi Watanabe and the head of the tax practice group in Brazil. Her focus is on transfer pricing, tax consulting on corporate income and other federal taxes, and international taxation. She has extensive experience in the elaboration of global transfer pricing analysis and its effects vis-à-vis the local legislation. She also has relevant experience in litigation related to transfer pricing matters. In 2005–06, Clarissa worked for Baker McKenzie Amsterdam, being part of its global transfer pricing group. Clarissa is currently the head of the Pro-Bono Committee and is a member of the social responsibility team of the firm.
