About Clarissa Lehmen

Clarissa Lehmen joined Trench Rossi Watanabe in 2014 and became partner in 2021. She integrates the employment and compensation practice group, with a focus on employment advisory, assisting companies in strategic matters. Clarissa has a wide breadth of experience in strategic matters, including defining and implementing strategies for labour matters relating to C-level executives, benefits harmonisation, expatriation, outsourcing, due diligence audits related to M&A, retention schemes, stock options and negotiations with labour unions.
